Welcome to your 40s (and 50s) — where hormones go rogue, your jeans feel tighter, and suddenly you’re Googling “why do I feel so shit all the time?” at 2am.

Live Your Best Midlife Club is a brand-new, hybrid online and in-person strength, movement, and lifestyle club for 40- to 50-something women navigating perimenopause (and everything it throws at us).


Right now, I’m inviting Founding Members to join me in shaping it — from the inside out. I’m building something that I wish had existed when I needed it.

To help more women feel stronger, more confident, and more like themselves again — even when their hormones are doing their best to ruin the vibe.

Why I’m Starting This

Live Your Best Midlife is for women who feel like they’ve hit their 40s and suddenly everything’s changing — energy, moods, joints, weight, confidence… all of it.

If you’ve ever woken up bloated, foggy, and losing your shit ALL the time -  you’re not alone.


And if you’ve ever been dismissed with a prescription, a shrug, antidepressants or the pill then yep — this is for you.

This club is your starting point.


A place to learn what’s happening in your body, how to train and fuel it properly, and how to feel clear and capable again.

Why I Need You

This is the Founding Member phase — and it’s not polished. Yet.

I’m building something that should’ve existed years ago — and I’m looking for women who want to be part of it from day one.

A space that genuinely supports 40- to 50-something women — the ones who grew up with low-fat everything, hours of cardio, binge drinking, and being told that lifting weights would make us bulky.

Now we know better — we just need somewhere to start.

I´m Jenna, I'm so glad that you're here!

I’m a Women’s Personal Trainer and Menopause Wellness Practitioner — and I’m here to help you live your best midlife!

With 15 years in the health and fitness industry, two kids, and my own wild experience with perimenopause starting at 35, I know just how confusing and shit this phase can feel.

I know what it’s like to feel flat, fat and 'meh'. To gain weight out of nowhere. To wake up exhausted, lose confidence in your body, and feel like you’re spinning all the plates while slowly unravelling behind the scenes.

I get it and I want to make sure more women feel informed, supported, and motivated to take care of themselves — because let’s be honest, no one else is going to do it for us.

Live Your Best Midlife Club is my way of bringing everything together: Evidence-based training. Simple nutrition. Tools for sleep, stress and energy. 

 

Women need women — especially now. We need to move. To laugh. To drink coffee. To build proper friendships.

This is about learning how your body works now — and what you can do to support it.

Because too many women are missing out on feeling good in midlife. Not because they’ve failed — but because no one ever taught them how to adapt.

LISA´S STORY

Yoga by the Sea

“I didn’t even realise I was in perimenopause — I just knew I didn’t feel like myself.”

I was exhausted all the time, overwhelmed with work, and struggling with things I used to find easy. I’d always tried to stay fit and healthy, so I thought I’d start running again… but my knees hurt, I felt drained, and nothing changed. The weight wasn’t shifting, and I was just stuck.

 

I decided to join the gym, but I was honestly terrified. I had no idea what to do, and just the thought of walking into the weights area made me panic.

That’s when I found Jenna — and honestly, she changed everything.

She broke it all down for me. Explained how the gym actually works, what to focus on, and helped me get over all those weird myths in my head. I started doing group classes, met some brilliant women, and eventually worked up the confidence to lift weights properly. Now I follow a plan, I look forward to training, and I walk into the gym like I actually belong there.

I feel stronger, more confident, and like me again. I’ve even got clothes on that I didn’t think would ever fit again.

  • What if I’ve never lifted weights or been to a gym before?
    Honestly? That’s perfect. This is exactly who the club is for. You don’t need to know anything before you start — you just need to be open to learning. You’ll get clear, simple strength plans (for home or gym), weekly Learn to Lift sessions to build your confidence, and support every step of the way. We’ll walk you through what to do, how to do it, and how to make it work for your life.
  • Do I have to join a gym?
    Nope — not at all. The app includes full strength training plans for both home and gym, so you can choose what works best for you. If you’re more comfortable at home with a couple of dumbbells and a bit of floor space, you’re sorted. If you’ve got a gym membership but no clue what to do with it, we’ve got you covered there too. There’s no pressure to train a certain way — it’s about what feels doable with your current routine, energy, time etc. You can always switch between plans, mix it up, or start small and build from there.
  • What if I’m already training?
    Amazing. You’ll still benefit from a structured plan that’s actually tailored to midlife, with coaching and education that goes way beyond “3 sets of 10.” If you’re local, the in-person stuff will take it to the next level.
  • I’m on HRT / can’t take HRT — does this still work?
    Yes. This membership supports you regardless of your HRT status. The focus is on movement, strength, nutrition, sleep, stress — all the things that make a huge difference either way.
  • Is this just for women in Nottingham?
    Nope. It’s an online membership first and foremost — with real-life perks for those who are local. You’ll get everything via the app and live calls wherever you are. If you're nearby, the in-person meetups are a bonus.
  • When does it all start?

  • How long do I have to sign up for?
